Shipping Policy
Processing Your Order
We know you're excited to receive your Historic Labs products, and we're excited to get them to you.
Our fulfillment team carefully prepares every order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, including but not limited to promotional events, holiday sales, product launches, inventory clearance events, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions, processing times may be extended.
Historic Labs reserves the right to adjust processing times as necessary due to order volume, inventory availability, carrier delays, weather events, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you notice an error on your order, please contact support@historiclabs.com immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted.

Historic Labs partners with trusted shipping carriers, including USPS and UPS, to provide reliable delivery options.
Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Important Shipping Notice
All transit times are estimates only.
Historic Labs does not guarantee shipment arrival dates, delivery dates, transit times, or carrier performance.

Historic Labs shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Historic Labs is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, misdelivered, lost, or otherwise affected due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update shipping information. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS, depending on your communication preferences.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear within the carrier's tracking system.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may occasionally experience delays or interruptions.
Delivered Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Historic Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, missing, or damaged packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to:

Contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes
Historic Labs may, at its sole discretion, assist customers with carrier investigations on a case-by-case basis.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact support@historiclabs.com as soon as possible.
While Historic Labs is not responsible for carrier-related losses or theft after delivery confirmation, we may assist with filing carrier claims or investigating shipment issues at our sole discretion.
Any replacement, reshipment, refund, store credit, or accommodation provided by Historic Labs for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments shall be granted solely at Historic Labs' discretion and shall not create any ongoing obligation to provide similar accommodations in the future.
Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to Historic Labs for reasons including but not limited to:

Refused delivery

Failure to claim package

Carrier inability to complete delivery
If a package is returned to us, Historic Labs will contact the customer to discuss available options.
Customers may be responsible for:

Reshipment fees

Additional carrier fees

Applicable processing costs
Any refund issued for a returned package may be reduced by these amounts.
Product Storage During Transit
Certain products may be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity levels, or environmental conditions during shipping and delivery.
Historic Labs is not responsible for temporary product changes resulting from shipping conditions, including but not limited to:

Settling of ingredients

Minor color variations

Texture changes

Flavor variations
These conditions generally do not impact product safety, quality, or effectiveness.
International Orders
At this time, Historic Labs only ships within the United States.
We reserve the right to modify our shipping territories at any time.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the customer's selected delivery schedule.
Customers are responsible for managing subscription settings, shipping addresses, payment methods, and cancellation requests through their account portal before the next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation, modification, refund, or rerouting.
Fraud Prevention
Historic Labs reserves the right to delay, cancel, hold, verify, or refuse shipment of any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, policy abuse, reseller activity, or other suspicious conduct.
Additional identity verification may be required before certain orders are fulfilled.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Historic Labs shall not be liable for shipping delays, lost packages, carrier errors, theft, delivery failures, weather-related disruptions, customs delays, service interruptions, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from shipment or delivery of any order.
Historic Labs' maximum liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product(s).
