I always felt a pull towards fitness, nutrition, & helping others. My immigrant parents taught me the importance of a healthy lifestyle & this passion led me to become a decathlete at Cal State LA.
After graduation, I joined the United States Marine Corps and mentored Marines on fitness & nutrition, gaining valuable knowledge.
Transitioning to the medical industry, I missed the impact of helping people in their fitness journeys, so I started Historic Labs to provide individuals with the right supplementation to achieve their goals.

My fitness journey began at a young age with volleyball. I played at a collegiate level for Cal State LA, where I established a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle. I then pushed myself by competing in a bikini competition. The importance of tracking nutrition enabled me to take my fitness journey to England, where I attained my MBA and played for Essex University. A ruptured achilles paused everything for me. However, it taught me about my strengths and weaknesses. It inspired me to create Historic Labs, offering high-quality supplements to support individuals in their health journeys.
